As a wheelchair user, I was delighted to find that the hotel has two rooms with extra spacious bathrooms designed for accessibility, making my stay extremely comfortable. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and offered a welcome drink, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. the modern hotel building has been thoughtfully designed to cater to guests with restricted mobility, ensuring that all areas are easily accessible. the platinum rooms are spacious and luxurious, offering either a super king or twin beds for a restful night's sleep. From classic distilleries like Port Ellen and Laphroaig to newer establishments like Kilchoman, the bar had something for every whisky enthusiast. To the exceptional dining options, the hotel offers a range of services including room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance.
